
I finally found out what I’ve been doing wrong all my life. And I never thought that slimming down could be so easy. After I had my kids, I just never got me back to where I was before having them. Most women know all about this struggle. It’s real!
For years I had tried it all. I fought with my scale and my waist until I was sick to death of it all! I know, those reading this , know exactly what I mean.
Afterall, I have tried many different things throughout my life. Waiting for the right method, meal plan or work out routine to finally be what worked. But it was none of those things!
I tried:
-Fasting
– Low carbs
-No Carbs
-Personal trainers
Believe me… I’ve tried them all…
And the results were always the same. Loose a little to then gain it all back, plus some more.
Not the mention the intense workouts I tried. Sure, I always felt great when I was done, but at the end of the day the numbers on my scale would not budge!
It always seemed to me there was a missing piece in my puzzle.

I’ve always suspected that my metabolism worked slower than most people. What ever I eat seems to go straight to my middle. It had been frustrating and I was defeated.
I felt destined to be this oversized me forever.
I was scrolling on Facebook and stumbled across a post about a woman and her adult daughter who dropped a combined 93 using a simple purple peel recipe…I thought “No way can a recipe do that!” But I was wrong…
I wasn’t going to try it, until I saw the second post with a similar result doing the same thing this woman and her daughter were. So I gave it a whirl.
